1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Dalye.com (operated by AUS2001 LLC) is committed to ensuring our digital platform is accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously work to improve the accessibility of our services.

2. Applicable Standards & Regulations

• EU: European Accessibility Act (EAA) — mandatory from June 28, 2025
• USA: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III
• UK: Equality Act 2010
• Standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)

3. Technical Measures

We have implemented the following accessibility measures:

• Semantic HTML for clear document structure
• ARIA labels for interactive elements
• Keyboard navigation for all core functions
• Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
• Text alternatives (alt text) for images
• Subtitle option for video content (in development)
• Scalable text without loss of content up to 200%

4. Known Limitations

We acknowledge that our platform is not yet fully accessible in all areas. Known limitations include:

• Video captions: Not yet available for all user-generated content
• Audio descriptions: Currently being developed for key video content
• Some legacy pages: May not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA

We are actively working to address these limitations. Full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is our target by end of 2026.
