1. Platform Classification
Dalye.com is an online platform under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation EU 2022/2065). As a provider of hosting services on which users publish content (user-generated content), we are subject to the obligations for online platforms under DSA Art. 16–28.

3. Notice and Action Mechanism (Art. 16 DSA)
Users can report illegal content through:
- In-app reporting: "Report" button on every piece of content (three-dot menu)

Reports are processed by our moderation team. Per DSA Art. 16, reporters receive timely feedback on the actions taken.
4. Statement of Reasons (Art. 17 DSA)
When content is restricted or removed, affected users receive a clear statement of reasons including:
- The specific measure taken (removal, restriction, account suspension)
- The legal basis or Terms of Service provision relied upon
- Information about available remedies
5. Internal Complaint-Handling (Art. 20 DSA)
Users may appeal content restriction decisions within 6 months of the decision. Appeals can be submitted to:

6. Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement (Art. 21 DSA)
Users may refer disputes to certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies if unsatisfied with our internal complaint handling. A list of certified bodies is published by EU Member States.
7. Transparency Report

8. Advertising Transparency (Art. 26 DSA)
Advertisements on Dalye.com are clearly labeled as such. Users can always find out why they are being shown a particular ad. Targeted advertising based on sensitive categories (health, religion, etc.) is not permitted on our platform.
