1. Our Commitment to Copyright
Dalye.com respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from our users. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and equivalent copyright laws in other jurisdictions.
Dalye.com is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office as a DMCA agent and claims the "safe harbor" protections under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) of the DMCA.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)
If you believe content on Dalye.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our DMCA agent. The notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature as copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed
- The exact URL of the allegedly infringing content on Dalye.com
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized representative

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US federal district court
- Your full contact information
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Under DMCA § 512(i), Dalye.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.
5. EU-Specific Rules (DSA Art. 17)
For users within the EU, the Digital Services Act (DSA) additionally applies. Under DSA Art. 17, platforms must provide users with a statement of reasons when removing content and offer an internal complaint-handling mechanism. See our Community Guidelines for details.
