Seller & Listing Terms

1. Scope

These Seller and Listing Terms apply to all Dalye.com users who post listings, offers, products, or services on the platform (hereinafter "Sellers"). By publishing a listing, you agree to these terms, which supplement our general Terms of Service.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Listings

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit currency)
• Stolen property or counterfeit branded products
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Animals protected under CITES conventions
• Personal data of third parties without their consent
• Financial products without regulatory approval
• Misleading or fraudulent offers

3. Seller Obligations

• All information must be truthful and complete
• Images must not infringe third-party copyrights
• Prices must be clear and complete (gross prices for EU/UK consumers)
• Sellers are solely responsible for tax and legal compliance of their listings
• Commercial sellers must identify themselves as such

4. Liability

Dalye.com is a platform and is not a party to transactions conducted through the platform. Contracts are formed solely between sellers and buyers. Dalye.com accepts no liability for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of listed goods/services
• False representations by sellers
• The solvency of buyers or sellers
• Transactions that take place outside the platform

5. Suspension and Removal

Dalye.com reserves the right to remove listings without notice and suspend seller accounts that violate these terms or our general Terms of Service. Affected users will be informed of the action and its reason.

6. Consumer Rights (EU/UK)

Consumer protection laws apply in full for EU and UK consumers:

• EU: 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases (EU Directive 2011/83)
• UK: 14-day right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
• Statutory warranty rights under local law remain unaffected
